Tour program

Arrival in Becej until 10:00 (depending on the needs and organization of visitors).
– Tour of the central city center (tour lasts from 10:00 to 13:00)
Presentation of the municipality – History of the town hall building and the endowment of Baroness Eufemija Jović, and the story of the second largest habitat of owls Utina in Serbia. Visit to the souvenir shop of the Tourist Organization of the Municipality of Becej. Presentation of the house of Bogdan Dundjerski, as well as the square of the municipality of Becej. Tour of the Orthodox and Catholic Churches, as well as their presentation. Interpretation of school buildings (School of Economics and Trade with Theater, Technical School and Gymnasium), buildings of the first banking institute. The story of an artesian well and yellow water. Visit to the monument to King Peter I Karadjordjevic, the memorial „Wailing Wall“ and the monument to the national hero Todor Dukin.

– Visit to the memorial house of the Tan Brothers

– A walk next to the complex of outdoor pools, through the Goranski Park, which represents the lungs of the city, and an exit to the Becej Dolma. Continuation along the quay by the river Tisa, the pearl of our tourist offer, the Pannonian beauty, to the mouth of the great Bačka canal into the river Tisa. Presentation of cultural monuments of exceptional importance for the Republic of Serbia, the old ship lock „Schleiz“, and the turbine plant as a kind of museum unit.
13:00 – 15:00 – Lunch in the restaurant, optional, and free time.

15:00 – 17:30 – Departure to the Fantast Castle, the endowment of the landowner Bogdan Dundjerski, and a tour of the stables, the castle with auxiliary facilities, the church of St. Georgia, as well as carriage rides and horseback riding (individual choice).
End of program.
